Heiner is a very experienced manager in the wind industry. He worked in different management positions on the wind turbine manufacturer site and the wind farm operator site.
He is familiar with the complete supply chain of the entire wind farm project. He was leading offshore wind projects with more than 1 billion Euro budget. Furthermore he has extensive experience in contract management, claim management and settlement negotiations.
